The overall aim of counselling is to provide an opportunity for you to work towards living in a way you find more satisfying. This might be one to one personal development or assistance if you are struggling to cope or feeling stuck. Counselling can help with:

I have experience of helping people with all of the above challenges and many others. I work with individuals and couples.


After our initial telephone or e-mail conversations, and I don’t charge for these, in our first session we will make a start and also this will provide you with the opportunity to ensure that you want to work with me. As this is your time and your money I will be keen for us to work out together how many sessions you might need and how often, hopefully we can do this in our initial session.
